Opportunity for Sensory Science Students

Call for Abstracts 2024
11. Deutsche Sensoriktage 3./4. November 2022

There is an opportunity for sensory science students across Europe to present their research in a dedicated student session, where four seven-minute oral presentations will feature. A poster presentation will also take place throughout the day. 

Length: Must not exceed 400 words.

Content: Should briefly include the following items: Introduction, Methods, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, References.

Layout: A4 format; 2.5cm margins at the top, bottom, right and left sides of each page; Arial font size 12; single space between lines.

Deadline: Only abstracts received by 19th March 2024 will be considered for presentation at the symposium.

Submit and state your preference for an oral or poster presentation in the subject line to dm@dgsens.de

Students should agree on the content of the abstract with their supervisor before submitting it.

The Award

The German Sensory Society (DGSens) is sponsoring the competition by providing the award for the best two presentations, which is endowed with a trophy, a certificate and the prize money of 250 Euros each.
